I am a user of you broadband and I have realized that my wan IP is different from my public IP .
Is this the reason why port forwarding never works for me?
Is there a way to solve this?
when i got in touch with the customer service they said that they do not block any ports.
When I checked my usage history, it showed couple of IP addresses with data that each one has used on a particular date.
When I tried to find out user behind each IP address, it shows different addresses compare to what my IPCONFIG screen shows. Neither it is my public IP address.
