need username and password

I have been using act broadband, recently I have taken act fiber net router. Unfortunately I pressed forget wifi password on my phone. So now I'm unable access internet through phone. And when I'm trying to login to act router, it is asking USERNAME and PASSWORD .......!!!! But I didn't know...
