i bought MTS Mblaze ultra WiFi few years ago(i don't know why i did that) and its just lying around . i recharge it once in 6 months in order to avoid expiration. Can i use it for any other purpose?? Even the customer service doesn't picks up. Can't i sell it?

Guys , I recently moved into madipakkam , my location is near LIC nagar @Ambedkar street - its a border area between s.kolathur and madipakkam. Please kindly let me know whether MTS dongle will work here, i purchased a mts postpaid connection but the speed sucks its mostly less than 200 kbps...
