No power backup in connection box

Hi ,i have recently shifted to Pragathi Layout,Doddanakundi and chose ACT as my ISP.Since day 1 ,I am facing problems. The main problem is that there is no power backup in the connection box so there is no internet as long as power is not there. Please look into this.I have made complaints but...
