YouTube buffering issues in Kolkata

Any Airtel broadband subscribers having issues with constant buffering in YouTube without any progress? It's happening from time to time. Works fine sometimes. And the others, it keeps on buffering without the bar moving forward. If yes, any ideas on how to sort it out? Complained and got 2 call backs stating,one from their technical team saying that it was their issue and they've sorted it. But it's still happening :speechless:
