Hello guys I had shopped some shirts as I found them interesting and made online payment as they were giving additional discount of 20%
My 1st order was on 2nd Aug and it was shipped through Indiaontime courier on 3rd Aug
2nd order was on 8th Aug and it was shipped through indiaontime courier on 9th Aug
But till now they have not delivered the product. The product is struck @ local franchise of indiaontime courier company.
As in shopclues thread I had mentioned about it. So I strongly feel that the order will not be delivered and that franchise is some what 18KM from my place so I cannot go and take it.
So the call to the customer care of courier company is going waste as they say we will deliver as soon as possible.
Yepme tells to wait for another 48hrs max so that delivery will be arranged.
So, how can I get my money back as yepme is telling they cannot do it as they have sent the pproduct
Contact payment gateway?
Consumer court?
cyber crime branch?
 
police station ?
 
call the courier company offfice and tell them that you're coming to get the package. see what their response is? if they have your package then they will most probably wont have any problem in this.
after you confirm this, 2 options
1. go and pickup your package
2. call senior officials of the courier company(i guess no. available on website) and complain to them. (this has worked for me many times. every-time i call nodal/zonal/region office, my package gets delivered same day, different couriers though.)
 
their name sounds like yebhi. I had good exp. with yebhi got delivery within 24 hrs from them. Almost was wondering wtf happened :tongue:
not cool ripping off names like this though.
 
first of all making sure you are getting a package then pick it up, DOMNT sign anything if you do sign it with different name and then call you bank and tell that there has ben fradulent charges from this website and to block them ... and now the calls begain.. try it ..

As I have mentioned no proper response from their side, they say yes go there n collect it, but the franchise is 18KM, have to waste nearly half a day, lets see if they don't deliver today will go there only n check it
