I was in need of a fibernet connection with some good speed.
As I was using a different connection previously, I was not satisfied with
The service provider.
So I opted for the fraud ( tikona) connection. A executive from them attended to my call and played a extraordinary drama to purchase the connection. I was satisfied with drama done by him and agreed to him.
So immediately he called his person's for installation and finished everything and looted my money of 1330/- 3rd.
After that from the time of installation to till date the connection is not working. I keep on calling there shit customer care but it went in vain and almost I lost more then 200rs of my currency.
Finally dissatisfied with the service and connection , I asked them to cancel the connection and refund my money back.
The answer I got from them was , they won't return the money back because this is how they loot the money from customers.
I m not going to leave this as they think.
So please don't ever think of this connection in your life time.
If at all u need to purchase this connection, think that u have purchased a worst connection and put the money in a begger hand
