Worst of all plans in MTS

is the worst plan. They give 20GB unlimited data which is valid for 30 days with an insensible constraint "10 GB Day + 10 GB Night (Night from 00:00 am midnight to 08:00 am)" Why would one use both at day and night? Never expected this from MTS.

My name is Anshu and my MTS 3G Internet data card no. is 8711830600. I have been struggling with very poor and extremely low class pathetic services from MTS. They claim speed up to 9.8 Mbps but avg speed I am getting is between 20Kbps - 100Kbps. Customer support is horrible! They do not solve any of your query. The customer care does not work in Weekends & holidays, and beyond 6 on other days. They straight forward tell you to wait for certain working hours. No body has responded to my complains for one whole month!!!! Downloading big files is impossible. Worst case they will not refund your amount and you need to keep paying for the days of zero or bad service also. Your money is trapped with no resolve.
Apparently I think MTS is a fraud and most importantly you should know that MTS is the worse service provider ever ever ever which is why I do not encourage anyone to buy this crap.
Dear MTS, Take it seriously & do some thing about it!
