Will Railwire respond to min 8 mbps pre FUP speeds by BSNL?

I switched to railwire a while back. I am using the same plan for the same amount in MP circle (1100 for 2mbps unlimited) meanwhile BSNL updated it's same plan to 4mbps upto 50GB and 2 mbps post FUP. Now they are increasing speeds of pre FUP plans to min 8 mbps. Any chances of speed increases/plan changes in Railwire?

i contacted railwire today , they sent me the following plans , has railwire introduced new plans or something ? Are other people also getting the same plans ? i live in Uttar Pradesh

In Chennai the plans are pathetic. It's exactly as shown in the railwire website. My location has only BSNL and Railwire. For a short time the railwire plans seemed good. But now they are rubbish when even compared to BSNL broadband. I'm not sure how they are able to retain clients with their age old plans.

Just for reference for 680 + tax you can get unlimited 10 Mbps with BSNL broadband under their happy browsing offer. Where as a 4 Mbps unlimited with railwire is 2499 + tax. I liked railwire since it's fibre internet the quality of internet was way superior to BSNL. I have waited for 5 months now for railwire to wake up and offer plans that matches with competition, but no use. At this point I have given up hope.

Have you confirmed with LCO about these plans?

These are not railwire plans actually . The guy who was in-charge of railwire in my city has started providing his own local cable internet now . These plans are offered by him not railwire , i called him again n confirmed .
