why the speed of BSNL Wimax is sometimes slow?

I got the new connection of BSNL Wimax last month. Initially the speed was very good, no complaints. But in the last two weeks I am facing much problems in the connections. There is only one sentence I see the most, " The Webpage is not available". Can anyone help me??
 
Can you provide the userid details?? IS it happening even now??
 
Means there is no internet. Either you are not getting signal or something is wrong at your end.

Yup ! It is still happening. And sorry but i didn't get you, what "userid details??""
 
When I connect,its speed remains good but after 5-6 mins, I start facing problems....After that, Out of 10 pages only 3 page opens and remaining always give me a sweet f**king reply "The Webpage is not available" or "Oops Google Chrome cannot connect to -----------"
 
That means....Your Signal Strength is low. Minimum signal strength should be 20db

Minimum signal strength should be 20db. ok. How can I check that?
 
Type "http://192.168.1.1" in your browser.
Now the BSNL CPE page will open. The default password is "admin".
So type the password and Enter.
The next page will show the CPE status.
Look for "CINR"
The number should be 20db for Connection without drops.(see attached image. I cant cloud the part Since am uploading image from iPhone)
