Hi, I was getting cell info display, that is the nearest cell tower connected to ,displayed always and the information changes when one moves from place to place , smoothly switching the information for the users of BSNL. But in 3g connectivity, this information is not forth coming.
Would anyone say, why this was done away with? When you move from place to place, the tower information lets you know where you are , the city name from the cell info display. I was getting the same as SMS when i used the 2g simcard , by enabling cell broadcast display in smart phone settings.
I do not find any app that would do the same. Will you please reply
