Bsnl cellone charging me while contacting customer care 1503 at roaming , 1503 is a all india number but the system is charging .Last 3 months while going anywhere in india we will be getting our own home network customer care call center, but last 3 months i cannot getting it,instend it will redirecting to the roaming state customer carepls helpi am going to close the bsnl and join with docomo
