What is Catchup TV & VOD and how to use it?

What's the difference in both of them and how can I use these services?I would also like to know that which channels/movies are included in Catchup TV and Video on Demand?

VOD - Video On DemandDigital tv will provide a library of movies and programmes from which you can select and view one of your choice.CatchupTVThis service will give you the option to view any programme from the past 7 days.Both these services require an internet connection.For Tata Sky call cc and get it activated.For Airtel digitaltvServices will be launched next month most probably thereafter you can call customer care and get it activated for a monthly rental of Rs.149
