Weird Bsnl Problem

Hi Guys,

From Past 1 week, After exhausting my Daily Limit It shows "Complementary TOPUP" Page

But when I click on Agree it just shows a blank page and i didn't get Complementary Topup and speed remains 1 Mb/s. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Just reboot the router

I did that couple of times but no change. Getting redirection page but same issue happens. Speed remains the same.
 
Hmmm! Looks like there is some misconfig from their end. The only thing you can do is to tweet them and mention your LL# as well

I was getting "Complementary TOPUP" Page since 10am today morning. I clicked on agreed many times.
Now its showing up "Base plan change" at 3:20pm and after clicking on decline its going to the next page successfully. Looks like Bsnl don't like to give me a Complementary topup. 🙁

Getting the same thing. Have a look at my post.
I have details as to why this is not working.
Something has to be done.
This is so wrong.
