devil, has 7star's quality improved since being bought by VSNL? Speeds are more consistant? downtime?

No. It used to buy it from Exatt Net.
 

i know it used to buy bandwidth from exatt net cos i used to get exatt.net on reverse dns but about a year ago when i called up 7star to inquire about the increase in price they said that they used to buy bandwidth from vsnl & vsnl had increased the price @muttster`i always used to get consistent speeds from 7star....its the same as beforethe downtimes are negligible now
