I am also not able to send message to 1900. All other sms are working fine.My last recharge is rs. 49. Lodged complain to customer care. They have promised to solve it in 5 working days. Worst experience from Vodafone.
i faced same issue and vodafone customer helped me to change settings. I am not sure if this is a deliberate restrictions from Vodafone to prevent customer leaving. But below are steps to changes setting and to successfully send PORT sms if you have the issue:
1. Go to settings
2. Tap on Apps
3. Tap on Menu
4. Tap on Special access
5. Tap on Use Premium text message services
6. Tap on messages
7. Tap on Always allow
