Urgent Advice Needed

Hi. i will be Shifting to Pune to studies by sunday.i wil eb getting a Vodafone or Idea Number.my mom uses aVodafone number in Mumbai.is there any scheme available either in mumbai or Pune where i can get cheaper call rates between the two cities or even the specific number.also, how much should it cost?is pune counted as local or STD?Please let me know so i can make a decision and get a Number ASAP.PS:is vodafone the bets in Pune or is there any other company which has better plans for students and connectivity ?thanks.

All calls within state are local calls!!Get any schememe as friends and alike scheme.. That gives you minimum rate for few numbers. Like airtel friends gives you five sims and 10p/minute!!😛

i called vodafone in mumbai(111 from my moms cell)they said that any scheme in mumbai is for mumbai circle and not the whole maharashtra.regarding Airtel, do they have schemes listed on their website? as i am in mumbai right now and will be going to pune on sunday and want to preferabley chose all details before going to pune.
