Unwanted Balance Deduction

want to lodge a complaint against Tata DOCOMO gsm services, i am Silambarasan 4m Nagapattinam using DOCOMO connection my no. is 8148892169.on date 15-6-2012 to 10-7-2012, approximately Rs.7.00/- deducted from my account(Message come that side for Data usage but i'm active for net plan),after that i call many time to customer care but no body respond my call and make mail to CC no response... i do not know the reason for the deduction but when i called many time there is no response at all is it a way to have services and no direct contect with costomer though my phone is of single use i am confirm that i have not activated anything but still than i see that balance are been going on deducting so i request u to just return my money.thank you Silambarasanmob no.-8148892169 (Tata DOCOMO)
 
Since i'm also a TATA DOCOMO customer i would like to suggest to DOCOMO customers who don't know the way to de-activate any VAT services that got activated wrongly. You don't need any cce's help. Just type *191# & select VAT (1) , Check the list of services active (3) & again follow the same step & select STOP (2) to de-activate all the VAT services. Ofcourse you won't get back the balance that got deducted. But atleast the service won't be active for further deduction in the subsequent months ...
