Iam swapping my android phone with my friends. Need to creat an exact image of my phone and replicate it in friends' phone. What software do I need? My phone is rooted with stock 4.2.2

that's easy, plenty of apps are there for that. Use data sync to sync your app datas across phones

I use titanium back up whenever i need to transfer apps+data to my other phone. For sms/contacts/call logs/calendar there is a app Super backup.
