Tata Wimax USB LAN no login page!!!!!

Hi pplI am a noob here. I have a wired problem I have been usin Tata Wimax for the past 1 yr on my laptop..recently my LAN port in my laptop broke. So I got myself a USB LAN adapter for use. The problem is it shows that the connection is up but the LOGIN page does not show up only tataindicombroadband.in opens..I have been in touch with the Tata guyz day in and day out but in vain. Even I tried on my friends laptop the connection happens well with the wire n laptop but the USB device has a problem opening the login page. I even tried disabling firewall n everything.. Plz help if any1 has faced this alternatively I m thinking of buying a router if this doesnot work..my connection generates a dynamic ip..please help. 🙁Thanks in advance

hiI have recently installed Tata wimaxI have dynamic IP ... and the techie who came told me that am getting 25 signal strength .. I have 256 unlimited .. and there are no issues with speed .. it is awesome and consistent:wewin::wewin:But th eissue i face is that .. everytime i start my lappie ... i have to connect with that webpage in IE ...sometimes the login page automatically opens ...but most times it doesnt load saying cannot display ... :madness:How can i make the page load without having net ... and how can i login my wimax ac without that page .. its like a loop .. isnt it ??after sometime it automatically opens ... any solution for this ...?????

do you turn off your modem as well that has the ethernet out to your lappie? if so you need to wait a few mins, after you start the modem, then start yor notebook and connect ethernet... open ie once your lan icon says connected and it should load the login by default.

^^ Ya now got hold of the method thanks ..:thumb: but a few no of times ... after connecting .. if i donot hold my lappie same position ... it disconnects .. could it be cable problem ???!!!:huh:And any use in buying static ip ???
