Media houses are reporting that Tata Sons has been ordered to pay $1.17 billion to NTT Docomo by an International Court of Arbitration.

Whether this "Tata can only buyout Docomo's share at existing fair market price rule of RBI existed in 2009 or it was introduced later by RBI ?. Later in the sense after Tata and Docomo formed JV.
