Tata Indicom Wimax Broadband: Pathetic customer care and service

I am using Indicom from past 6 months because i dint have any other option at my area. It was good unless from last week i am getting lots of problem with connection. I am writing this post using my mobiles 3G coz my net is again down and not able to talk to customer care after trying for 30 mints and spending more than 20rs just waiting for some one to pick the call..I dont get indicom login page only. If i call customer care i have to wait more than 20 mints and spend more than 30rs just to talk to them for 4-5 mints.. morever if i ask them to send some service guy they tell it would take 3 days to send some one 😱but for collecting bill they will be on time.. I am planing to switch to airtel. Airtel has recently started providing service near ma are..Good bye pathetic indicom
