Tata Docomo reactivated my Indicom number with a retention plan

I had to deal with the retention department when I applied for the cancellation. Most of those people were quite absurd and rude. But I was told that my request has been processed. I even paid the last bill. This has come after a gap of a few months. The last bill is shown unpaid so they activated it 2 months ago I guess.
 
TATA Teleservices is definatly up for sale. this shows that employees do not care is customer gets bad experience, they believe this is the best time to screw all yelling customer and look for change.
 
i guess tata docomo is definatly up for sale as rumors suggust and even employees also knows it. same reason they are screwing customer left right centre as this is the best time to screw customer happiness who complains and yells
 
Apparently they sold me a retention plan. Even though I don't even have a working CDMA device to use this number. Good stuff.
 
Can anyone suggest what I should really do to hit them back for not processing my disconnection request?
 


Got a call today that they are reprocessing my cancellation request and they would cancel all applicable pending charges on my account. :numbness:
 
BTW what was the tariff / freebies on that retention plan ?
