Tata Docomo 2G/3G connection Problem

Tata Docomo Postpaid
Its been a month since I started using TATAT DOCOMO postpaid connection with rs 350 plan, which promises me 1GB 3G internet + 2G unlimited internet. But as soon I took the connection I realised that TATA DOCOMO internet connets once, stays on for 30 minutes and after that disconnects. It doesnt connect back for the entire day(How many ever times you try). The next day I either have to switch off/on or Remove/Reinsert my SIM to connect the internet back again. I have raised several complaints with Tata Docmo Customer Care regarding this. The solution they gave was to "IP Pooling issue for the entire of karnataka Circle, so Keep turning off/on the data to reconnect back and occasionally try switch off/on also". I am tired of turning off/on my data connection on my MOTOROLA ATRIX 2. My question is when TATA DOCOMO can't provide the service promised, why should I pay their postpaid bill? I feel cheated by this geasture of TATA DOCOMO. Please provide me valuable suggestion to file a Consumer Complaint regarding the same. Customer complaint numbers are 759078273, 381921313

Such products, especially the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. Fuckin docomo. 2g net works for 30 mins before it disconnects automatically. Have to turn off data usage and turn it on again. Where as Idea as sim slot 2 works flawlessly. Response of docomo guys .."Its some problem in your phone ..it shows here that net works as usual" MY ASS! Even Idea sim kept in sim slot 1 works flawlessly. What should I do? Thinking of dumping the sim but can't since again its big thing to give new number to all contacts.
Also cheapest 2g pack with 30 days validity used to be 99 bucks. But after 3g came into picture, the cheapest 2g pack with 30 days validity is 135 bucks. Only in India does the 2g packs become costlier after 3g is introduced. Thank god docomo didn't get 3g license in andhra pradesh

This is how the connection in docomo works, customer care confirmed that the data will disconnect every 40 mins and to wait for 10 - 15 mins to get the connection back, they also advised to restart the mobile for immediate data connection (ROFL) and said they cannot take further complaints in this issue as there data connection are meant to work this way. Ridiculous.... Waiting to port out now.

I am having the same 2g issue with Tata Docomo's postpaid connection which was activated on 27-12-2013. The 2g keeps disconnecting again and again, even though all the APN settings are correct. I've lodged a complaint regarding the same (Ref. no. 394821977). if its not resolved within a week. Probably have to switch over to other network.
PS: after checking this blog i am guessing that TATA DOCOMO isn't giving it a serious thought to 2g problem and the solution isn't expected any time soon.
