SUN DIRECT blocked sound on SAKSHI TV telugu news channel

SUN DIRECT has blocked sound on SAKSHI TV telugu news channel from the past one month. If they decide which channel we should watch & listen and which to only watch without sound, there can be nothing more worse than that. I'm no big fan of the Sakshi TV channel but it only exposes SUN DIRECT's antics. what prevents them from completely removing the channel from your telugu bouquet ?? instead of getting exposed as completely against Mr. Jagan Reddy's channel. Customer care people offer all sorts of stupid solutions, like removing the AV cables and reconnecting the same etc.,, as if it is a problem specific only to you. Hello SunDirect !! We can guess under whose instructions you muted Sakshi TV channel sound.
