Stay away from Flipkart Billion branded products

so... looks like walmart acquisition has changed a lot of things wrt billion. company is no longer providing home repairs on small appliances even under warranty. i have been told to visit the service center.

the billion mixer grinder i got last year has seen so many issues... it was ok because the service engineer came home and fixed the problems. now i have to visit a service center 5-6KM+ from my home to get it repaired.

though the same product has given zero problems to @Nishant so there's that. i just am unlucky!

Service center has given up. Part not available from the company. Mixer is still under warranty. Good shit.
 
this is good. i actually was considering buying Marq branded washing machine few days ago. i am now going to stay away from all flipkart owned brands.

they have even rejected almost all the negative reviews i have posted in the recent months. i was informed about one review being rejected and i updated it and complied with their 'policies' and even that review remains unposted.

good shit.
 
now billion support says that they have ordered the part and it should be available in a week or so lol.
