Account ID - 187313,Bangalore Indiranagar, I have one request to all people who visit this page, please do not subscribe to spectra broadband, it is the worst broadband provider, first of all they promise 1 giga speed whcih they do not you hardly get a speed of 100 to 180 mbps, secondly there network is down every weekend from last two weekends their network is down and they take more that 3 to 4 days to rectify the same, i am asking for a refund of the same and they are refusing to cancel my connection and refund my money. Please do fall into their trap , i do not want other people to suffer the same fate as to what i am suffering. i have written to thier CEO and higher authorities but i have recieved no help. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE SPECTRA .

I've been using Spectra for about a year now, and its pretty OK for me. It probably depends on the area.

I get fairly decent speeds, downtime is relatively less. Whenever there is downtime, I usually get an SMS notification as well and approximate time of resolution.

Anyway looks like its bad in your area, switch to something else.
