Sony LED Initial Setup

Hi All...

I recently bought Sony LED 32" TV.

here is the model

KDL-32EX420 : EX420 Series : BRAVIA

Please help me about initial setup of TV. Actually Remote is not working, don't know whether there is some feature to connect remote to TV. Plus what will be the pin code ?? Is it 9999 ?? and can it be entered via keys which are on TV ?? I contacted Dealer and his Engineer is out of station for some days 🙁

default pin code is normally 0000 Remote? try inserting new batteries and then try again
