SLOW SURFING SPEED ON 2841-BBG-COMBO

Hello Everyone.
I am using BSNL 2841 BBG-COMBO data plan for my office. For last few days i am experiencing very slow surfing speed. MOst of the times the sites are not reachable.. at the same time the sites are opening over airtel 3g. One thing is quite noticable that youtube videos are playing like charm.. no buffering at all. Normal Downloads from WEB browsers are also painful.
Downloading youtube videos over IDM is working Fine. Download speed is also very much fine only when i download Drivers from HP Laptop Website.. Rest all is Painful.
Anyone knows how to sort out the problem... Normal Sites like Yahoo, GMail, Banking sites, UPSC, SSC etc are taking too much time to open..

Try changing your DNS,since u mention websites aren't loading properly.

tried changing with DNS MTU MODEM ETC. no difference at all. Used with opendns google n others.. no matter..even used fake dns servers like any random numbers but no impact . . really frustrating..
