Siti Digital Cable TV: neo sports, filmy, ushe, b4u music channels not coming

why neo sports,filmy,ushe,b4u music channels not comming in siti digital set top box?i am siti digital set top box user from past 2 years. i am stayin in bangalore-gollarahati. there is no neo sports, filmy,ushe, b4u music channels are not commin waht's the reason. please tell me symborate & frequency for these channels and whom should i contact to get these information.

It must be the career fees issue. btw can u provide me the list of the channels available on the settop box.
