they just launched in my area
but they want 1800 installation and activation chaarges and 699 plan 5 mbps uld

is 1800 necessary they giev me modem but i have my own

This is a cable modem..... not an adsl modem, used by most......

probably Cisco....

they are not charging any installation in Delhi.....

no it is coaxial.... docsis2.0

well I don't have siti but my friend has... I am on excitel

Yep siti, hathway, den all give cable modem. work on docsis 3.0 not 2.0

siti also collect 1800 installation charges in hisar. i have confirmed with cc.
