Sify Customer Support Still Sucks

I called them hoping to know more about WiMAx - but they kept on telling we provide broadband only through wire. I said look i only wanted to know about whom to contact but he kept on ranting the same thing

so why is he still mentioned on the page? 😀why his mails are not forwarded to the new person on the job?duh.
 
ya i agree, but i think they have improved. i called them last night and they were able to get my user ID in one go. :lol:
