I knew it is 2 years old post. I still did it because I wanted to vent out my anger on BSNL, like the people who did it by posting in this thread two years earlier.
Moreover it shows that even after two years nothing is changed. No matter how good our country is developing, this govt. offices will remain the same. Bloody Red Tapism.

Bsnl does not care about customer's complaint's. they have thir own face of resolving it. seems, if they get bored spending duty time in other activities then they will attend some complaints. they dont care about holding customers. God knows when these bsnl ppl change thir traditional habit. Airtel is the best at customer handling ( though i am not satisfied with raw speed i am getting by thir 8Mbps line). if u r planning for other than 8Mbps get into airtel.
