Looks like bandwidth Leakage, If i remember correctly BSNL has no such 60mbps plan.Same is the case with Chennai and Bangalore getting 28mbps on a network which is licensed and prepared for 21 mbps.Poor U.P. East where BSNL 3G is dead and can't even reach 100kbps.
Dear friends,Today i got this testing result. I am using wimax unlimited plan i.e. 750/pm and avg downloading speed i am getting is around 750 kbps. As per my source bsnl is testing the maximum speed and in future they will go upto 50-60 mbps. but dont know what will be the monthly charges.maximum time i get result up to 20 mb/sec
