Reliance WiMax

Today my WiMax installed but not activated yet, as reliance person who came to install told me that by tomm after 01:00 PM service will be activated and they wil call you to provide your static IP. WiMax CINR: 12 🙁 i have decided to build a tower like BTS whose height minimum around 15 F.

The stability of a Wi-Max connection depends on the direction and height in which the dish is installed. I had issues when I first bought my connection in the month of April 2010 for 2 or 3 days, for which I complaint with the Customer Care.They sent a personnel from the local team to check the connectivity and he rectified the height of the Wi-Max dish and viola things have been stable from then.

how they extended the height, using some iron structure like tower ???

They used the normal iron rod which is used for extending the old TV antennas which used to be installed during Doordarshan days.🙄

so can i use water supply iron pipe to extend upward 15 feet to get better signals. right now i am getting 12db only 🙁
