Reliance Wimax Broadband: Capped Speed!!!

Hey guys,I have a problem which has started recently... actually the internet started acing in a funny way since the midst of october... like it stopped working or used to take a while before the website could actual start loading however the speed was constant at 2MBPS which is my plan... however in the beginning of november the internet suddenly stopped working at for 3-4 days... after which it worked n now the late page load start time has been fixed however my speed is capped to just 600 KBPS exact... even when i try and download a user manual to check what the wimax speed is without login in to my ac it still downloads at speeds of 65kbps only... how did this happen and what can be done to resolve it... contact center really dont have any answer... I have telnet my wimax and the connection seems perfect...

What do you mean by "contact centre dosent have an answer"? Are they saying the problem is at your end?The login page refresh thing used to happen quite often. Its a problem on their end. Tell them you want to talk to a tech.

contact center says tht they never cap speeds and there is no down time tht they r facing in MAROL, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI...

Have you tried the connection on another computer?
