Reliance Jio Fiber Fixed Voice

I have got a JioFiber connection at my home.
Few weeks back, I connected my landline phone to the router and activated the Jio Fixed Voice services.
I have no problem in calling(or receiving) calls from other mobile numbers.
I also am able to receive calls from other landline numbers.
However, I am not able to call other landline numbers from my Jio Fixed Voice telephone.
Whenever I call some landline number, the phone rings on the other person's side but I don't hear it ringing on my side. And when the other person picks the phone, the call gets disconnected (beeping on both sides).
I have tried using cordless (Panasonic) telephone as well as corded (the one which mtnl gives) landline. Same issue on both.
I would like to know if others who have the Jio Fixed Voice service face this issue or am I the only one facing it.
Any solution to this would be highly appreciated.

Did you reach out to Jio customer care? Looks like something they need to or should fix.

Yes. I have already communicated the issue with JioFiber customer care last week itself. They said they will be sending somebody to check it out.

The Jio engineers visited today to check the issue. They checked the Jio landline but could not find any solution to my problem. They concluded that it must be due to bad weather conditions (I know it can't be due to that).
I just want to know if I am the only one facing the problem and request other users for a solution to it.

The so called Jio engineers have very little knowledge and are of low calibre in general.

Thanks but my DNS is the default DNS provided by Jio. I have not changed it. So that should not be an issue.
