Hi,i have a new Tata Sky HD+ installed at New Delhi . I have upgraded from TS+ , the problem that i have been facing ever since i migrated to the TS HD+ is that the redording function is not working properly . WE watch Crime Patrol regularly , and we had put the recording on series mode . Now when we go to plan and see the programmes already recorded there is a complete list of all the crime Patrol episodes from the whole of last week . When we start viewing the recorded programme we realize that TS HD+ has not recorded the complete programme. It stops Midway and to see the balance programme we have to go to the list of recorded programmes and select the next one . it is recording the episodes in slots of 30 minutes each , can any one guide us whay we are facing this problem . Is there any solution for this ? As in if we can make any settings changes or something else. We tried calling the TS Customer Help line but it seems they dont know the solution as of now .

Change ur Buffer time , Add to start recording and End recording time.

Thanks jignesh, In case u have ts hd+ then can u give me the settings as u have them in ur hd+. I will do the same on my digicomp.

I have set it to 10 minutes to starting time and 20 to end time. I usually delete the recordings after im done watching them so 30 mins extra is not a problem for me.Plus the issue you faced might be because Sony was telecasting it the whole day 2 3 days back. check if their 11pm recordings are fine or not.

Thanks jignesh,

Well I use these settings:

Organiser = System Settings = Tata Sky + Settings

1) Disk Management Mode: Auto
2) Review Buffer Depth: 45 Mins
3) Add to Start Recording: 5 Mins
4) Add to End Recoding: 5 Mins

MY Tata Sky + Settings

1) Disk Management Mode: Manual
2) Review Buffer Depth: 90 Mins
3) Add to Start Recording: 10 Mins
4) Add to End Recording: 10 Mins
