question about uploading speed!

i am using bsnl's 2799 plan 4 Mbps upto 30 GB, 2 Mbps beyond 30 GB - i use both uploading and downloading , i got this plan specially for uploading , i get around 400 kbps when downloading and 60 kbps when uploading and after 30 gb 200-300 kbps on downloading and 60kbps on uploading.

the problem is i pay around 3200 rs because of the taxes and i am not even getting good uploading speed , so i was thinking of getting a smaller plan like BBG Combo ULD 1445 (Upto 2 Mbps upto 20 GB, 1 Mbps beyond 20 GB)

now the question is will i get same 60 kbps speed on uploading with this plan too? or it will be less than 60kbps?

Same speeds. Apparently the upload is limited to 512 kbps on almost all plans.

I am on the 8mbps CS70 1091 plan and my upload is limited to 512kbps.
Assuming you don't need the download bandwidth you can downgrade
to 1445 and save some money.

1mbps is apparently the max you can get on DSL on uploads. Most operators keep it at around 512kbps because of stability reasons.
