PPPoE on Router - Connection Timeout errors!

Awesome. I'm connected!In case anyone else is facing the same problem as i did, after you've got them to reset the MAC address and entered your details on your router page, WAIT for like 10-15 mins. (DNS server ips are not necessary)Thanks again for your help MG 🙂

Hi guys, I got Honesty net service few days back, but I am facing issue while configuring Netgear 150 router. I am using Netgear genie to configure the same. After filling all details n clicking on connect, it shows " Incorrect usename or password". I am using the same id and modem password to connect through LAN and its working fine. I am not sure what exact issue is? DO I need to add some address to my username. Suppose my username is " Amit", Do I need to enter "Amit @xyz" or Amit alone is sufficient".
Settings are:
Service name (HNSPPPOE).
Entered setting as Dynamic IP,
Connection Mode: Always On
Domain Name: Get Automatically,
Router Mac Address: Tried default and the one mentioned on Router

Please suggest..

Did you try clearing the service name field? Keep that blank.

Yes, I have tried that too..Same result

Maybe your connection linked to a specific MAC address. Did they give you a router?
What did HNS say?

Talked to HNS guys and it started working fine after that. Thanx!!
