PPP password invalid.....please help.

I use Beetel 450TC1 ADSL2+Router to connect to BSNL broadband.I have always ON connection.I have a problem that the internet gets disconnecting frequently.The 'green' internet stops but the 'yellow' DSL light keeps on glowing.On my modem page i see the ADSL status as 'PPP password invalid'.Please help me in solving my problem.

The modem status page looks like this:-

At the bottom,you can see that ADSL status os connected but sometimes it shows 'PPP password invalid'.Then i have to restart the modem to connect to internet again.

I read somewhere that this problem could be solved by changing the password.The password page looks like this:-

if u know solution then go with that and change password simple dude
 
Change the password and check. If nothing work, reset the router and configure it again.

just register on CRM then u can change password

There isn't any customer id on my bill.How do i register there?
 


customer id is on every bill called as also unique id but if cant find dont worry just call to 1500 and ask ur customer id they will tell u in few seconds just wrote down and make id simple
 
This happens due to problem with DSLAM in your Exchange.You are able to connect upto the DSLAM so the DSL LED glows but the DSLAM cannot verify your User ID & Password (some fault) so your are not ultimately connected to the internet.

Thanks,i asked customer id and registered but she told me wrong one and i registered for another person's account by mistake .Do i need to delete that account in order to create another one with same email?And also one more thing-Is the 'customer id' same as 'Account Number'?
