Yes last 2-3 are actually successful trace.

so just to be clear... forum is still accessible to anyone of you on bsnl broadband?

i have not faced problems recently on bsnl ftth (pune).

Linode people are more responsive than dreamhost. so getting updated tracert for a blocked route would be helpful in case anyone is still unable to access the site on bsnl (or any other isp)!
