Its will not be a good metric as most of isps have very good peering even the smaller ones with video content apps.

^ why would peering matter, won't the videos be hosted in the same servers as the speedtest data?

lol this is stupid. i thought initially that they partnered with major video streaming platforms to host speedtest files on them.
