Not getting strem.io account from excitel

Excitel promised me a strem.io account which will have access to netflix and Hotstar if i buy their 6 months plan. When i bought the plan either i never got the sms or it got deleted accidentally. When i call them up and request them to send the sms they keep on saying that they are sending the sms but i never receive it. I asked them to tell me the id and password on call or send it through email but they say that they can only send it through sms. I asked to speak to their senior and they said that he is in a meeting.
Has anybody here actually gotten a strem.io account from them? Also how do i get them to give me the account?
 
Isn't Stremio used for piracy (with addons)? How legal is this?

I am not sure but i think it can be used for piracy as well as legit content depending upon the user's choice. If they are offering access to netflix, Hotstar and some other legit streaming services and not pirated content with it, it should be legal.
 
I am guessing it gives you access to the content on all of these services at the same place.
Can anybody here help me with my problem?
