someone sent me a mail inquiring if these are the new upcoming plans: 300kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 499/- 600kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 749/- 1000kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 999/- he said that he got this info from a friend working at reliance. anyone has any ideas? these plans do not look much cheap compared to their existing plans from what i heard.

Yes.. They are almost same...

Welcome to Reliance Communications.

In fact the above looks costlier 😛

300kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 499/-
600kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 649/-
600kbps/1 mbps night unlimited -> Rs. 749/-
1000kbps Unlimited -> Rs. 1099/-

Not to mention free calls worth Rs. 50

^^^ the new plans are as bogus as the old ones....not even a sense of surprise.

are they new??..i have a brochure lying at my place for the past 6 months that advertises the existing reliance wireline BB plans as under300 Kbps Rs 499/month 600 Kbps Rs 649/month 1024 kbps Rs 1099/month all the above plans with free calls worth Rs 50 and free instrument and Modem

New plans are weird. But old plans are no way bogus.Atleast its true unlimited!! (As compared to True HD!!)

who knows that the plans might get a minor price cut with the addition of fup. just saying.

Is there any "Hate" button available....😀Please do not even speak of that word. In cricket they call it "Commentator's Curse"......what shall we frame it here...."Admin's Curse"?? 😀

If you compare , though 1 mbps is down by 100, 600 kbps is up by 100 & day/night plan is knocked off.... not sure about the free calls... so they cannot even pretend its a price cut unless they bundle with even more freebies (ie.e more free calls - as someone pointed out installation/modem is already free)...

FUP are coming for sure...otherwise they would hav announced something drastic....

Are u people trying to demoralise us?? I mean they have been doing this without FUP since so many years. Why would they bring it in now??

The same reason anyone else did (read: Craptel) .... A few people "overused" the network & hence they decide to bring this. For all you know the non-FUP plans maybe "introductory" offers - just to lure customers.. and once they are in.... you bring in FUP so that "most" customers will be happy with "XYZ - So much" of GB in high speed. A few customers who are not, probably do not matter to them

It wont matter me if they say "XYZ" GB for some higher speeds, until the post limit speed is round about 300kbits/s which is my current plan!!
