i guess imranais is rite. u shudnt shout at mtnl unnecessarily. i guess mtnl is 1 of few psu's who r doing a gr8 job. 4 those guz who d/l less stuff but also want 2 make phone calls TRIBAND COMBO is an excellent plan. mtnl is now offering 400 mb d/l's on combo pln

imranais, i am not with MTNL. Jayesh is and he is having problems. But I do agree MTNL much better at uptime than any other ISP currently in Mumbai 🙂
