never buy tata photon plus they are cheating

please read the mail i sent to tata nodal officer and still no replyno connectivity @ networkdear sir .I am h c khurana and i am using photon plus connection since last 10 days and shamefully i have launched 3 complaints regarding network but i have not received anything from your side even your engg. have come 2 times but they say we cant do anything.please tell me what to do of your useless connection photon no is 9266622756 and latest complaint no is 236165345first tme your je came to me in res at moti nagar and after one hour he told me that i have checked all settiings and i cant do anything about slow connection . he also told me that tata photon is the worst among all companies "I even dont use it and prefer to use airtel. why did u buy this".i told this je named ganesh what to do . he told me better to buy airtel connection. i said what about 2400 rs for photon plus he told u never get anything back from tata and told me to complaint in customer careon sunday i launched 2nd complaint and your je came to my office address at kashmere gate. i tod him that signals here are zero of tata photon plus and he said tata signals are worst in kashmere gate and u will never get signals here . he also told me that our job is only to close complaint by fooling customers even if we have to tell anythingfor third time in front of your je i gave a complaint to your cc and they gave me a complaint no 236165345 and a message came to my phone that your resolve time for this complaint is 16 sep 5.46 pm and today i am sending this e mailon 17 sep and yet no body came to methen i called cc and there i had a chat with poornika ji . she was the most helpful in you tata photon and she assured me about prompt action and latest complaint no for that is 236460681 and i am again waiting for the resolution .please sir help me about this photon connection a i am losing lot of my work because of your connection .please contact h c khurana (9910630607)

And account number is 907187945.I am getting a speed of 20 to 200 Kbps with my tata photon device where as tata said upto 3.1 Mbps. Really tata is cheating the customers with this statement. Already i had given a complaint regarding this. Technician came to my house and said that sigal strength is poor and need to fix the Enhancer on sunday.But still now no one came and did nothing. So i don't want to pay bill for this period till my problem resolved. Because we already loss 2500 Rs for the device. my acc no with tata photon 936140734 , i am paying rent Rs 1100 with Rs 10 gb night plan . not let me show you how they con people they have con me also due to which my bill has come more then 4500.

when i purchase night pack i was told you can use it from 11pm to 7 am in morning with 10gm limit , thats all was told to me.

i start using photon in a month of september , suddenly on 29 sept when i was going to login i recieve message ,error 678 remote computer not responding , on enquiry i was told i had cross my credit limit of Rs 3000
the CCE further told me that i had use 15gb data but that was fine since my downloadind was in night only .

now CSE inform me that to use night pack you have to login after 11pm , means if you login at 10.58pm it is considered as day time only , now how can i know this thing before , on the other hand if you login at 6.50 am in morning and as soon as clock crosses 7 am it becomes day time .

clearly my bill is inflated and thats not my fault during 5 months of my usuage i have already paid more then 8000 as revenue to tata photon , and in return i am being cheated .

not only this their speed is also very slow sometime become less then 80 kbps ,

I cant say about the rest, but in all the pamphlets I have from TATA, if your session starts between 11pm-7am it is considered night, else it is considered day.
So you can start your session at 6 50 am and use it till 5PM and it will be counted in your night usage only..

hi my name is praveen ,frankly speaking tata photon plus really sucks i was having slow speed around like 10-20kbps when i called the call center they told me troubleshoot i did all the thing what they said to me still i had the same problem i called cc four -six times they said the same thing trouble shoot it .don't buy tata photon plus it is utter waste .

hi i am vishal purohit.i use tata proton plus and my tata docomo no is 9227443132 and account number is 912438007.my issue about the data usage.my account display 1.47 gb usage and speed goes down to 153 kbps.when i call at customer care so they did not give reply properly.i visited tata store for same also but they said it's common problem with tata proton plus so now i will going to close tata proton plus because i have no time and money to waste on that such tata proton plus.tata proton plus is big cheater................................

Please read the mail I had send to the Nodal on 4th June'12. After waiting for few days and paying another bill for no usage, I had to opt for dis-connection. And, let me also put it on record, the then Staff manning the Tata Docomo Brand store at Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Ms. Geetanjali, was luring customers in Feb'12 saying we have free pen drive with a new connection, which I never got. ToMr. Jogesh NayarNational Service HeadDear Mr. Jogesh Nayar,Greetings’I have to come to your table with deep anguish because of the poor support within 3 months of becoming your customer. I am a post paid customer of wireless internet service ‘Photon Plus’ provided by our esteemed company Tata Tele Service. My connection no. is 9201669341 and customer no is 940368712.I suddenly encountered problem accessing connection to wireless internet by the end of 1st week of May 2012. Thus, I lodged a complaint by calling at 198 on 10th May 2012 vide SR no 308893365, on which your colleagues had committed to get the issue corrected by 12th May’12. Technical personnel from your company attended but could not identify the problem and had to extend the resolution target date. Finally, I was referred to ‘I-care’. The engineer identified the problem as change in ESN no. with other customer at the time of issuing of the connection and directed me to contact the Tata Photon outlet, from where had purchased the connection with the other customers name and contact no. The complaint was recrded as resolved on 14th May 2012. On the same date, I contacted Mr. Ravi at Tata Docomo Brand Store located at Jeevan Apartment, Shop No. 31, Shankar Nagar, Raipur, from where I had purchased the connection on 18 Feb-2102. I shared with him the problem, the name and contact no. of the other customer. But, I could not be helped due to non cooperation of the other customer. Without any access to internet since I had last complained, I again placed complain on 198 vide SR no 311640135. Again, another round of phone calls from your end happened. On 1st June, I could not be reached as I was out of network coverage and had received SMS asking me to contact 1800266121. One of your colleagues named Mr. Ankit responded to my call. He informed me that, the available information with him says, I need to purchase another Photo plus instrument to avail the service which will cost Rs. 750/-. When I explained him the whole matter, wherein I am no way at fault and it was wrong tagging while processing the application that the problem happened, he said, then, as per available information with him, I need not pay if problem has happened from company end and I should contact local Tata Mobile Store.Again, I reached out to Mr. Ravi, manning the local Brand store. But, he says there is no such provision of cost free solution to my problem.Now, my questions are why should I be victim of paying bills and not getting the service? Why do I have to purchase another instrument for no fault of mine? And, when I am going to get internet access without paying any additional cost? In view of this, I decide to not pay the bills for the month of May 2012 by due date, due to non-usage of service at my end.
