Hi
I have an MTNL VDSL connection, with an Alphion ARGT 1040 wired model(supplied by MTNL), used in conjunction with a D-Link Wireless modem.
My connection keeps dropping very frequently, and it always gets fixed by restarting the MTNL modem.
Has anyone else faced this issue, and is there a fix for this? Apologies if this has already been addressed at another place in the forum..
Thanks

argt 1040 is quite stable in bridge mode. try that.
before u do it try setting it up like the pics i have put up here in a diff thread.
if ht doesnt work then use bridge mode.

Thanks for the responses guys. Unfortunately, due to some MTNL server issues last weekend, the internet connection itself had stopped working. I tried changing some settings, however had to call the MTNL guy to reset the settings. I also asked them to reduce the sync speed. The disconnection problem seems to have reduced, however there still are a few disconnections from time to time. Can you please have a look at the below stats and advise if the best way is to ask MTNL to reduce sync speeds further? Should i be changing any of the settings? I do remember seeing a post in one of the other threads around the DSL settings.. Currently all the modulation and the profile options are selected
The SNR is pretty low right now, but i remember it being above 10 last week before the server issue.
