MTNL IPTV Status ( Mumbai )

Some of you might have seen mine and banda review about IPTV.I got busy with my own life and my forum.Any way coming back to the point ,When it was launched every one had big expectations but sadly IPTV is still in nascent stage and it has not reached the level it was expected to.Half the channels now are not been shown and the situation is so bad that for the month of March they have not billed us .I guess it is the same situation all over mumbai.Now for stability issues , your Triband BW wil be capped to 1mbps.If they are going to restrict Broad band speed this way then they have to inform us. I am in a situation where I dont even get time to track the complaint. They take their own sweet time to respond to them.Now every time one starts up his / her comp the signal freezes and it takes time time to normalize.For this IOL Guys there is nothing call Customer Care Service. They will keep you on hold for min of 30 minutes. At one point I had to wait for 45 minutes.Situation out here is very Bad , I would sincerly wont recoment any one to go for IPTV now.I would like to know who all in the forum have IPTV and are from Mumbai .Unless we escelate the matters to Prabhadevi office nothing much can be done here.

true. IPTV is turning out to be a big problem.. even bsnl iptv is horrible..
