MTNL Broadband VDSL2 User Experiences

Everything is normal here on VDSL 10 Mbps plan on SOTL

What could be the problem ? Getting perfect 1 Mbps in speed test, also on torrents. FUP not reached yet.
IS it due to DLM ? As migrated from SOTL to 182.58.xx.xx servers. Had no problems for last 20 days since migration except i see connect/ disconnect logs when i check MTNL Account.
 
My upload speed is still 1 mbps (Thats what i get always). Now download / upload both 1 mbps, that means download speed problem only. No FUP problems. As per account 14 GB remaining to reach FUP. Still will ask exchange tomorrow. Lets see
 
what is the timing of MTNL offices ? I am trying since morning 9 AM, now its 10:50 AM, nobody is picking up phone at Jogeshwari Exchange, Prabhadevi..etc
 

MTNL babus at desk hardly pick up the phone. I have seen it many times when I go to exchange. Phone rings next to them but they do their work (whatever they are doing!)

sustained 22mbps on vdsl mtnl lolz.. probably the server is not enforcing speed limits
it is quite obviously mtnl can provide higher speeds if they want.
 
^^ If the server is not enforcing speed limits, you can log in using whatever username and pass and data won't be logged in. Enjoy your golden hour.

OR MTNL is testing higher speeds on VDSL which it is capable of.

My line can reach 50 Mbps quite easily.
 
Just to update, My problem got solved in 2 hours yesterday after getting in to touch with the DGM office.
Any body has experience with Joister Connect internet ? I got an offer here for 25 MBPS complete unlimited plans with NO FUP for 1850/-. There are 25 , 50 , 100 MBPS FUP plans also. Any experience with this provider ?

i was already beyond the FUP lol so didn't matter.
